At LumoPro, we pride ourselves on producing quality lighting and support equipment, made by photographers, for photographers. 

Early on we looked at many of the prototypes sent to us and asked a very important question, “Is this a product that we would use?”. If the answer was "No" we would move on or find an alternative that was built with better material or served an improved function. We are not in the business of making the sale; we are in the business of making great lighting gear and providing exceptional customer service. Often, the process to create a product is long, due to the amount of time and thought put into ensuring quality while maintaining a reasonable price.

Once we’ve launched a product, we stand behind our work. Our light stands are all metal including the locking collars. This construction provides the best possible defense against gravity for your lighting accessories and flash units. All grip and hardware equipment is made of similar high grade aluminium or magnesium alloy that is extremely durable.

We’re so confident that our light stands will endure the test of time that we support it with one of the industry's longest warranties. One year? Nope. Two Years? Try again. Five years.

When you buy our hardware, you aren’t buying it to be disposable or to upgrade in a year or two. We know our products will last many, many years, and we’ll guarantee our hardware for five whole years.

Our flash units are something else we believe in strongly. While most manufacturers give you between six months and one year warranties, our flash has the longest international warranty in the industry - two years.

In addition to our flash and hardware warranties we also have a one year warranty on our durable softboxes, reflectors, and umbrellas.
